The newly built complex is located in a quiet location on an area of approximately 5,000 square meters, fully fenced, with internal parking spaces; it consists of a central body where the hall and the restaurant are located, a large area dedicated to the large swimming pool, bar, square and entertainment and two three-storey buildings where modern apartments are inserted

The partner lido (sand and gravel beach) is about 300 meters away, reachable by a pleasant walk from the external underpass.

Beach
The private lido in agreement (300 meters from the structure with sand and gravel beach), reachable by a pleasant walk from the external underpass, is equipped with showers, umbrellas, sunbeds, kiosk bar, beach volleyball, canoes and pedal boats. At guests' disposal an umbrella, a deck chair and a cot per apartment

Club Card: compulsory to be paid locally (from 3 years onwards), includes: beach service (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 deckchair per housing unit, with assignment), daily entertainment with games, competitions, aerobics, water aerobics and piano tournaments evening bar, mini club (from 4 years onwards) with recreational activities, use of the swimming pool, indoor parking, outdoor soccer just 400 meters away. reachable with the hotel shuttle service.

Animal friends
Small pets allowed with vaccination certificate (except common areas) to be reported at the time of booking. There is a supplement of € 70.00 per week to be paid locally
